Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 29, 2026
Xperts5 provides digital marketing, web development, creative, and business process outsourcing services. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit xperts5.com or use our services, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using our website, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information in two ways: what you give us directly, and what our website collects automatically.
Information you provide to us
- Contact and lead forms (our Contact page, service-page enquiry forms, and free audit requests): your name, email address, phone number, company name, website URL, and the message or project details you submit.
- Newsletter signup: your email address.
All of the above fields except your name, email, and message are optional - you choose what to share.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site - pages viewed, time on site, referring pages, approximate location (derived from IP address), and device/browser type. This is aggregate usage data; we do not use it to identify you personally.
2. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to distinguish visitors and sessions. You can block or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings - doing so may not affect core site functionality, but will limit the analytics data we receive. We do not currently use advertising or retargeting pixels.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your enquiries and provide the services you request;
- To send the newsletter you signed up for (you can unsubscribe at any time - see Section 6);
- To understand and improve how visitors use our website;
- To detect and prevent spam, abuse, and fraudulent form submissions;
- To comply with legal obligations where applicable.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. Who We Share Information With
We share personal information only with the service providers that help us run our business, under obligations to protect it appropriately:
- MongoDB Atlas - our database provider, which stores form submissions and newsletter subscriptions.
- Cloudinary - our media hosting provider, used to serve images on our website.
- Google Analytics - for website usage analytics.
We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect our legal rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets.
5. Data Retention
We keep enquiry and form submissions for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and maintain business records, and newsletter email addresses until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. You can request earlier deletion at any time (see Section 6).
6. Your Choices and Rights
- Access, correct, or delete your data: email us at contact@xperts5.com and we will action your request within a reasonable time.
- Unsubscribe from the newsletter: contact us and we’ll remove your email immediately.
- Cookie controls: manage or block cookies through your browser settings.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA (e.g. data portability, objection to processing, or lodging a complaint with a supervisory authority). We honor these rights for all visitors regardless of location on request.
7. International Data Transfers
Xperts5 works with clients across the US, UK, Australia, and beyond, and our service providers (MongoDB Atlas, Cloudinary, Google) operate global infrastructure. This means your information may be processed in a country other than your own. We take reasonable steps to ensure it’s handled securely wherever it’s processed.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children’s Privacy
Our website and services are directed at businesses and professionals, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and we’ll update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of our website after a change means you accept the updated policy.
