
Job Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive (English – Non-Voice) to handle customer interactions through written communication only. This role does not involve calls and is ideal for candidates with strong English writing skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via chat, email, or text-based platforms

Provide accurate, timely, and professional responses in English

Maintain a polite, helpful, and solution-oriented tone

Follow company guidelines and communication standards

Ensure customer satisfaction through effective written support

Coordinate with internal teams when required
Requirements:

Strong English writing and comprehension skills

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in written form

Non-voice role (no calls included)

Basic computer skills and familiarity with chat/email tools

Responsible, punctual, and able to work in assigned shifts

Shift Availability:

Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (1 position available) (Offering Fix basic: 30k PKR + Incentives)

Evening Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Filled)

Night Shift: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM (3 positions available) (Offering Fix basic: 35k PKR + Incentives)
