Job Overview:

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive (English – Non-Voice) to handle customer interactions through written communication only. This role does not involve calls and is ideal for candidates with strong English writing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via chat, email, or text-based platforms

  • Provide accurate, timely, and professional responses in English

  • Maintain a polite, helpful, and solution-oriented tone

  • Follow company guidelines and communication standards

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective written support

  • Coordinate with internal teams when required

Requirements:

  • Strong English writing and comprehension skills

  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in written form

  • Non-voice role (no calls included)

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with chat/email tools

  • Responsible, punctual, and able to work in assigned shifts

  • Fresh candidates can apply (experience is a plus but not mandatory)

Shift Availability:

  • Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (1 position available) (Offering Fix basic: 30k PKR  + Incentives)

  • Evening Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Filled)

  • Night Shift: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM (3 positions available) (Offering Fix basic: 35k PKR  + Incentives)

  • Both male and female candidates can apply

  • Stable working hours with a fixed weekly off
